Our LED strips & our remotes are guaranteed for 1 year:

  If Light Strips, or Remotes fail, warranty is for replacement, only.
One way postage will be paid by customer, remaining postage will be covered by us.
Units must be sent back to us, before being replaced.

Complete the Warranty Registration Card sent with your order to become eligible for free replacement of any of our LEDs that were sent out to you with a defect.
